Aluminum Composite

Available in 4' x 8' sheets at .118” thickness, Aluminum Composite offers great rigidity that will not require any backing material in most cases. This substrate can be used for indoor or outdoor signage and POP displays as well as artistic applications such as unique wall coverings, furniture, displays, murals, and retail backdrops. Aluminum Composite is available for special order only.

Wood

Wood substrate options are available in Maple Veneer Plywood (3/4” thickness in 4’ x 8’ sheets) and Gloss or Matte White Hardboard (0.125” thickness in 4’ x 8’ sheets) and are often suitable for artistic applications such as unique wall coverings, furniture, displays, murals, and retail backdrops. Both Maple Veneer Plywood and White Hardboard are available for special order only.

Digital Printing on MirroFlex

ATI can also print onto standard MirroFlex Flat Sheets and Door Skins, as well as MirroFlex Structures patterns. Additional custom options are available that will suit most installations. For special order only.

Digital High-Impact Styrene (HIPS)

Digital High-Impact Styrene (.030” thickness in 4’ x 8’ sheets) is a flat white substrate that is lower cost and perfect for high-traffic environments. Digital Styrene is perfect for decorative wallcoverings, large-scale custom murals, branding panels, retail displays, and more.

Choose from our extensive Idea Library, where hundreds of images have been specifically developed to work with both our Fusion and LumiSplash™ processes. One of the most unique features of Fusion is that virtually any image can be used with the substrate of your choice.
