We’re looking for a positive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Services & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning team!

As a leading distributor of interior finish products, we offer an extensive range of solutions including wallcoverings, acoustic products, digital wallcoverings, wood veneers, flooring, laminates, and specialty finishes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both people and projects.

What You'll Do:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Process orders and ensure accurate, timely entry
• Prepare and deliver project quotes
• Maintain and update project information in our CRM system
• Coordinate and pull product samples
• Communicate with designers, contractors, and vendors
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Client services or inside sales experience preferred
