Flexibility in Wood Veneer

Flexibility in Wood Veneer explores the versatility of natural wood veneer and how innovative veneer construction techniques can expand design possibilities. Participants will learn how ultra-thin wood veneers can be bonded to a variety of substrates to create functional, visually appealing interior applications while making more efficient use of natural resources.

The course covers veneer slicing, matching, assembly, and fabrication techniques, along with considerations for specifying wood veneer in interior environments. Participants will also explore how wood veneer can be incorporated into sound-absorbing architectural products and other applications where aesthetics, performance, and material efficiency are important.

This CEU provides designers and architects with practical knowledge to confidently evaluate and specify wood veneer for a range of interior applications.
