Clear substrate options include Acrylic in 1/4”, 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thicknesses (4’ x 8’ sheets) and Polycarbonate in .060" and .125” thicknesses (4’ x 8’ sheets, Class A fire rated). These substrates often have the same reflective quality as glass, but can be a beautiful, cost-effective alternative.

Acrylic

Acrylic has the same reflective quality as glass but is a beautiful, cost-effective alternative. It is perfect for displays where the translucent look of glass is desired. Available in 4' x 8' sheets in a variety of thicknesses, including:

  • Acrylic 1/4" (.220")
  • Acrylic 3/8" (.375")
  • Acrylic 1/2" (.500")
  • Acrylic 3/4" (.750")
  • Acrylic 1" (1.00")

Acrylic is suitable for use as divider panels, modesty panels, signage, display inserts, custom art, resin panel alternatives, and more. A white backer can be added to Acrylic for use as wall panels.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate has the same reflective quality as glass but is a beautiful, cost-effective alternative. Polycarbonate resists scratching and is highly durable, making it perfect wall protection in high traffic areas. Available in 4' x 8' sheets in a variety of thicknesses, including:

  • Polycarbonate .060"
  • Polycarbonate .125" (Class A Fire Rated)

LuxCore Plus

LuxCore™ Plus is a translucent FRP panel with visible fibers in the substrate. With its second surface imaging, LuxCore resists scratching and is highly durable, making it perfect wall protection in high traffic areas. This substrate passes sanitary codes and is easy to clean, ideal for wet environments such as commercial kitchens and baths. LuxCore Plus panels are available in 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' sheets in a variety of thicknesses, including:

  • LuxCore Plus .045" (4' x 8' Sheets, Class A Fire Rated)
  • LuxCore Plus .060" (4' x 8" Sheets)
  • LuxCore Plus .120" (4' x 10' Sheets)

LuxCore Plus can be printed with or without a white backer. It is suitable for use decorative wall protection, wainscoting, elevator walls, and bar fronts. Also good for signage and POP displays as well as artistic applications such as unique wall coverings, furniture, displays, murals, and retail backdrops.
